In this interactive presentation, Jessie takes us on the journey that forced stillness upon her, in which she found healing from an eating disorder, anxiety, and the trauma of being a child refugee. She shares tips on how we can all cultivate more stillness amidst our busy lives and to begin (or continue) to connect with our inner voice. She also shares some of the ancient Taoist teachings that help get her back to center no matter what's going on, and leads us through Do Your Tao exercises from her book.
